Sports Massage takes a functional approach to massage and will assess movement dysfunctions and muscular problems such as myofascial trigger point or 'knots; as they are commonly referred as.
Sports Massage uses a range of techniques including trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques and muscle energy techniques to help remove these 'knots'. It can also help torealign posture, normalise muscle balance, influence lymphatic drainage and improve overall muscle tone and suppleness. Leaving you the client feeling invigorated and rejuvanted.
