Stretching Classes

These are geared towards the sports person looking to improve the flexibility of their muscles which can lead to an overall improvement in performance.

The sessions will include:
  • General theory and rationale behind stretching
  • What stretches will be best suited for you and your sport
  • Passive stretching (Lower/Upper/Trunk)
  • Active stretching (Lower/Upper/Trunk)
  • Practical stretching for injury rehab
  • Practical stretches given for you the athlete to perform in your own time

The sessions can be ran as a group or individual and cost £10 per person
(30 minutes)
