Stretching Classes
These are geared towards the sports person looking to improve the flexibility of their muscles which can lead to an overall improvement in performance.
The sessions will include:
- General theory and rationale behind stretching
- What stretches will be best suited for you and your sport
- Passive stretching (Lower/Upper/Trunk)
- Active stretching (Lower/Upper/Trunk)
- Practical stretching for injury rehab
- Practical stretches given for you the athlete to perform in your own time
The sessions can be ran as a group or individual and cost £10 per person (30 minutes)
