AS THERAPY CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to AS Therapy and are reserved especially for you.  Sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment a notice of 24 hours prior to your appointment would need to be given.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.


CANCELLATION FEES

Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to show or give at least 24 hours’ notice that you will not be able to make your appointment. 
 

· No Shows - will be charged 100% of the reserved treatment amount and a further rescheduled booking will require a 50% deposit to secure the rescheduled slot. 
 

· Less Than 24 Hours’ notice - will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. 
 

· For appointments made within the 24 hour period - a minimum of 3 hours’ notice must be given. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
